Orders placed before 3:00 pm are dispatched on the same day Mon-Fri except bank holidays. Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day.

Royal Mail Special delivery costs £7.55 and is a fully tracked delivery service. Royal Mail Special delivery orders placed by 3pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered before 1pm the next day.

Orders received before 3pm on a Friday may be received on the Saturday, however Royal Mail only guarantee delivery by 1pm on the Monday for orders dispatched on a Friday. Please note that a signature is required on receipt.

Royal Mail Special 9am delivery costs £25.99 and is a fully tracked delivery service. Royal Mail Special delivery orders placed by 3pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered before 1pm the next day.

For All European orders, the goods are dispatched via Royal Mail International tracked service FREE based on a minimum order value of €30.
