Overview

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return — no questions asked.

Simple promise: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days for a full refund.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it — unworn or unused
  • With all original tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

How to start a return

To start a return, contact us at enquiries@gibutech.co.uk.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please always contact us first.

Damages & issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalised products (special orders)
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures you receive your replacement without delay.

EU 14-day cooling off period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refund process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund was approved.

  • If approved, you are automatically refunded to your original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days
  • Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received the refund, please contact us at enquiries@gibutech.co.uk.
