Dispatch & Order Cut-Off Times
- Same-Day Dispatch: All orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT/BST), Monday to Friday, are dispatched on the same day.
- Next-Day Dispatch: Orders placed after 3:00 PM, or during weekends and Bank Holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day.

International Express Services
Orders placed before 3:00 PM Mon–Fri are dispatched same-day. Delivery usually takes 2–11 business days (including Saturdays).

European Union (EU) & EEA Delivery Timeframes
For deliveries within the EU and EEA, estimated delivery times from the day of dispatch are as follows:
- Western Europe: 3–5 working days (France, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Ireland, Germany, Austria)
- Southern Europe: 5–7 working days (Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece)
- Nordics & Baltics: 5–7 working days (Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Iceland)
- Central & Eastern Europe: 5–8 working days (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria)
- Other European Countries: 5–10 working days
Please Note: These are estimated timeframes and may occasionally be affected by customs clearance, local public holidays, or carrier delays outside of our control. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you immediately with a revised delivery date.
Legal Rights & Guarantees (EU Customers)
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, if we fail to deliver your order within the agreed timeframe — or within 30 days where no specific timeframe was agreed — you retain the absolute right to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
